QUALITY GUARANTEED
SmokeBuds upholds the highest quality standards in the industry because SmokeBuds manufacturing facilities have credible certifications. SmokeBud’s facilities are located in the USA, are FDA Registered, cGMP compliant, uphold ISO 9001 quality management systems, utilize ISO 7 clean rooms, and all products are ISO 17025 tested, gluten-free, and non-GMO.
PROCESSING
Not only do we make sure all finished products are third-party tested, but we also make it a priority to work with farms that have the same passion for clean products with strict growing practices. SmokeBuds start with legally grown Industrial Hemp biomass which is sourced from certified North American farms that use strict and natural growing practices. The hemp biomass is screened and tested by a third-party testing lab before being sent to a processing facility. Once the biomass is approved for processing, it is sent to a certified North American processing facility with cGMP and FDA registration where it is converted to cannabinoid raw materials through hydrocarbon extraction, distillation, and recrystallization methods. SmokeBuds closely monitors all points of the cannabinoid supply chain, so we can put the best raw materials in our products.
SmokeBuds has extremely talented chemists, engineers, and manufacturing experts on staff with over 30 years of nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and vape experience within cannabis and related fields.
PRODUCT TESTING
SmokeBuds product batches are full panel tested for cannabinoid potency, terpene potency, heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, foreign material, and mycotoxins by an ISO 17025 accredited third-party laboratory before releasing to the trade. Batches must conform to all action limits for the previously described tests and must be within 3% of advertised cannabinoid potency or they are rejected.
VAPING STATEMENT
All of SmokeBuds vape products are full panel tested for cannabinoid potency, terpene potency, heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, foreign materials, and mycotoxins before releasing to the trade. SmokeBud’s incoming raw materials are screened before use in manufacturing to ensure safety and accuracy from raw material suppliers. SmokeBuds purchases vape hardware from leading, global hardware suppliers who guarantee proper temperature control, CE certification, and also third-party test their units for contaminants such as heavy metals.
